Under Illinois law, I can’t legally provide access or professional guidance without a written agreement outlining our relationship and my fiduciary responsibilities to you.

- You’re represented by a licensed professional who must uphold confidentiality, honesty, and fair dealing.
- Your information and time are protected under state law.
- You have no financial obligation for simply touring homes.

✍️ What It Covers
The Touring Agreement authorizes me to:
- Schedule and conduct private showings on your behalf.
- Provide market insights and comparable data.
- Guide you through next steps if a property feels right — including writing offers.
- Maintain compliance with Illinois Real Estate License Law (225 ILCS 454/15-15).
- It’s typically valid for seven days and carries no fee. If you decide to move forward with an offer or a longer search, we’ll sign a Buyer Representation Agreement, which establishes your exclusive representation and formalizes the commission terms.
